had a close to "whole-bodyache" today.
horrible feeling to get out of bed
with muscles so tight.
as if a finger pressing on the muscles will prick through it like a needle
and the muscles explodes.
it's that kind of feeling

the pain is there.
when i climb the stairs
when i stand and sit
when i write.
when i visit the toilet (:
and tomorrow's P.E!
i predict another 2.4km run session....

i ran 2km last night again!
that's why i have those bad aching feeling.

night training at home.

yesterday was a mess too!
rushing my homework,
helping daniel to organise the saturday's econs notes.
told him to attend the lesson, he just refused to.
so yup! that kept me busy.
and preparation for today's debate.
YAY! we won.
