and P.E today was torturous )):
just that full 8 rounds could have killed me.

but it's been a month or so since i trained my damned stamina.
yea, so 3.2km seemed impossible.
though i did it! :DD

30 crunches
30 push-ups
30 back-raisers
strengthening - NO KICK!
