One word that describes it all - ACHE. Whole body's aching. Oh my God. Let me tell ya, dont try to be funny and go for 2 trainings in a single day. Warming up and cooling down twice in a day is OH MY GODLY, not a good thing. Neither is it a smart thing to do. Damn. Painful! Soccer training was okay. "man u wins". But MuayThai training, I'd rather play 2 soccer matches. "man u lost terribly". Okay, secret codes. Will talk tomorrow.
